The five questions we get every week.

01. How long from first email to my inflatable arriving?

Typical lead time is 6–8 weeks from deposit. A concept render comes back within 48 hours of your brief; once the render is signed off and a 40% deposit lands, production starts.

02. Do you ship outside Australia?

Yes. We've shipped to 14 countries. Freight is quoted per build based on crated size and destination port.

03. Can I visit the workshop?

Absolutely. We're in Marrickville NSW — email us to book a time.

04. What's the smallest custom build you'll take on?

There's no hard minimum, but projects under $1,500 may be better served by our stock range. We'll always tell you honestly.

05. We're a council / procurement team — how do we set you up as a vendor?

ABN, $20m public liability (QBE Australia), AS 3533.4.1 compliance certificates and council panel approvals are all ready. Email hello@softsummits.com.au with your vendor setup form attached.
