Custom builds — since 2023

It all starts with a concept...

Tell us what you're building. Dimensions, event, reference images, budget band — enough for us to come back with a real concept and a firm price. 48-hour response, no obligation.

Inside the workshop

How a build actually gets built.

Every project moves through the same six stages. It's not a factory, but it's not a garage either.

STAGE 1 · WK 1

Concept & drawings

Hand sketches first, then CAD. Every dimension, obstacle, seam and blower position is locked before a roll of PVC is cut.

STAGE 2 · WK 1–2

3D render & sign-off

You see it in your palette, at scale, on your venue if we have the plan. No cutting starts until you approve — up to two free revisions.

STAGE 4 · WK 2–6

Welding & assembly

Hot-air welded, double-stitched at pressure points, reinforced at corners. The seams are the thing that fails first on cheaper inflatables. We over-build ours.

STAGE 5 · WK 6–7

QA & pressure test

Inflated for 48 hours minimum. Every seam checked. Dimensions verified against drawings.

STAGE 6 · WK 7–8

Freight & handover

Packed flat, freighted Australia-wide, delivered with a setup kit, blower, anchor kit and a number to call if anything's off.
