01. What's the actual lead time from order to delivery?
Typical lead time is 6–8 weeks from deposit. Once your order is received, you'll get a confirmation with production schedule within 48 hours. Rush jobs are sometimes possible — get in touch.
02. Can you match our brand colours and add our logo?
Yes — any Pantone colour match, custom logo application on up to 4 panels, and bespoke shapes are all available. Pricing quoted separately. Send your brand guidelines when you order.
03. What maintenance and servicing do you offer after the sale?
12-month commercial warranty on all seams as standard. We stock spare panels, blowers and patch kits. Servicing and refurbishment quotes available any time post-purchase.
04. Is this suitable for commercial hire-out?
Yes — everything we make is rated for commercial use. AS 3533.4.1 certificate issued per unit, $20m public liability cover available on operator level.
