Custom builds are made to order and non-refundable once production starts. Stock items: 14-day return window for unopened goods. Contact us before returning.

01. What's the actual lead time from order to delivery?

Typical lead time is 6–8 weeks from deposit. Once your order is received, you'll get a confirmation with production schedule within 48 hours. Rush jobs are sometimes possible — get in touch.

02. Can you match our brand colours and add our logo?

Yes — any Pantone colour match, custom logo application on up to 4 panels, and bespoke shapes are all available. Pricing quoted separately. Send your brand guidelines when you order.

03. What maintenance and servicing do you offer after the sale?

12-month commercial warranty on all seams as standard. We stock spare panels, blowers and patch kits. Servicing and refurbishment quotes available any time post-purchase.

04. Is this suitable for commercial hire-out?

Yes — everything we make is rated for commercial use.
